Honest answers about LPG endermologie, how many sessions you need and what results you can genuinely expect.
What exactly is LPG endermologie?+
A patented, non-invasive mechanical technique: a treatment head with motorised rollers lifts and mobilises the skin, stimulating circulation, lymphatic drainage and the cells that produce collagen and elastin. Nothing is injected, nothing is cut, there is no downtime.
Does it hurt?+
No. It feels like a deep massage, sometimes intense over fibrous or long-tense areas, but never painful. Intensity is adjusted in real time and you always say what feels comfortable.
How many sessions do I need?+
For the body, a classic protocol is 10–12 sessions, once or twice a week, followed by a maintenance session every 2–4 weeks. For the face, 6–10 sessions at a similar rhythm. The exact number depends on your goal, how long the issue has been there and how your body responds — it's decided together with Victoria at your first consultation.
When will I see the first results?+
A lighter feeling, less heavy legs and a clearer contour often appear after 2–3 sessions. Visible changes in texture and firmness usually settle in between sessions 6 and 10. On the face, radiance shows almost immediately, while firmness builds over time.
What results are realistic — and what aren't?+
Realistic: smoother, denser skin, visibly reduced cellulite, less retention, a more defined contour, brighter and firmer facial skin, a body that feels like yours again. Not realistic: LPG is not a weight-loss method, it doesn't replace cosmetic surgery, it won't drop kilos and it doesn't transform anything overnight. Results are kept with maintenance and a lifestyle that supports them.
How long is a session?+
Between 10 and 85 minutes, depending on the protocol. Short 10–15 minute sessions target one area; full body or facial protocols run 30–85 minutes. Your first visit also includes the opening conversation, so allow a little extra time.
What do I wear during the session?+
For body treatments you're given a dedicated LPG suit in a fine fabric, worn directly on the skin. For facial work you need nothing — just clean skin with no make-up.
Are there side effects or downtime?+
There's no downtime — you can go straight back to your day. Rarely, on sensitive skin or areas with fragile circulation, mild redness or light bruising can appear and fades within a few days. Intensity is adjusted at the next session.
Can I have LPG if I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?+
Body treatments are not performed during pregnancy, and some conditions (thrombosis, active oncology, a pacemaker, skin lesions) require your doctor's approval. See the safety section on this page and tell Victoria everything about your health before booking.
What can I do between sessions to support results?+
Good hydration, gentle daily movement, reasonably regular sleep, and avoiding long stretches of standing or sitting still. No drastic diet needed — the body responds better to consistency than to restriction.
