Frequently asked questions

How many sessions do I need for Pressotherapy?

Usually 10–14 sessions, 1–2 per week, then a monthly maintenance session. The exact number is decided at your first consultation, once I see how your tissue responds.

Does it hurt? How does the session feel?

No. It feels like a deep mechanical massage — firm but comfortable. Intensity is adjusted in real time and sensitive areas are worked more gently.

When do results show?

Relief and drainage are felt from the first session. Visible change (texture, firmness, contour) generally becomes obvious after 4–6 consecutive sessions.

How long does it take and how much does it cost?

The session lasts 45 minutes and costs £50. It can be combined with other protocols in the same visit if time allows.

How do I prepare beforehand?

Drink plenty of water on the day, avoid a heavy meal in the hour before, and tell me about any condition, medication or recent procedure.
